Product received faulty, damaged, broken, defected or incomplete? Then we'll fix it.

You can return and get a refund if the purchased item:

  • Is received damaged, defective or counterfeit.

  • Has a fault that wouldn’t normally have been detected at the time they bought it (hidden fault).

  • Is not the same as described by, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the samples that were shown.

  • Is not suitable for the customer’s intended use as described by before you bought it.


To complete your returns make sure that:

  • The items are sent back within 15 days after delivery.

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • The purchased items has not been opened or used.

  • Purchased items are still in original packaging.


To return your product, you should first contact our customer service and we will then arrange for a pick-up of the item from the address on file (this shipping is free of charge). 


Not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That's annoying. And we're going to do something, promised.

All promises one by one.

  • We accept 'just because' as a reason.

  • Return your items free of charge.

  • 15 days return period after receipt of your product.

  • Swap product? Upon receipt, we will send you your new product the same day.

  • Money Back? Within 3 days full amount will be refunded.

  • Is your product broken after 15 days? You have at least 1-year warranty on all our products.


Not satisfied with your product? You can return your product within 15 days after delivery.

This is how you return a product:

  • Call or email us your order ID number. You will receive a shipping label by email.

  • Use the shipping box to pack the product.

  • Print your shipping label and stick it on the box. Do not have a printer? Write down the order number and the return address on the box.

  • Give the package to the courier.

  • Up on collection, you will receive a pick-up receipt. Once the package is in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation by email.


Just when you completed your order, you forgot something. Sounds familiar? Or even if you just don’t need it anymore. No problem! Please contact us. As long as the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can change or cancel it directly for you.

What If your package is already on the way? You can still refuse the order. You just mention to the courier that you do not want the package after all. After we receive the returned package, we will contact you to find a solution. Cancelling or refusing an order is free. Even if you have accepted the package from the courier the shipping cost for return shipment are at our expense.

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees. If you change your mind before receiving your item, just contact us to cancel your order and we will process the refund. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 15 days to return them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


When we receive your product in original condition and proper packaging, we will refund the full purchase price to your account. We do everything possible to repay you as soon as possible.

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 



We like to keep you informed. Not only regarding purchases made, definitely also on returns. In most cases it takes up to 2 working days for us to receive your product in our warehouse.


We will contact you by email when your product is;

  • Received by our where house.

  • Checked for defects.

  • Exchanged by Health Shop.

  • Credited by Health Shop.



What we do not sell is 'no' and faulty products. If it turns out that your product is unexpected defected, you can rest assured that we will solve this for you. All our products include 1 years manufacturing defects warranty. Not satisfied with your product? Within 15 days after receiving your product, you can return your product to us free of charge.



In the case of fraud, such instances must be reported as soon as possible to us, the credit card company (if a card was used), as well as the respective consumer protection department. Credit card companies do not get involved in consumer disputes unless a fraud case is reported. Most banks cover loss due to fraud – as long as it is reported as soon as possible, usually within 24 – 48 hours, and you have proof of fraud. (It’s also worth noting that many credit cards come with purchase protection, meaning that if you bought your goods on a credit card anywhere in the world and subsequently lost the item through theft or accidental damage – within a period of 60 – 90 days, depending on the scheme – you will be covered.)
