What is the difference to the mouthwash?

The mouth wash has a different goal.
It is not a cure like the oil pulling, but a rinse that is also supposed to refresh and clean the hard-to-reach interdental spaces after brushing.
Here, the coconut oil content is significantly lower. Coconut oil is the first ingredient in the list of oil pulling, so it is the base.

 

Both product categories have the essential oils from thyme, sage and and eucalyptus. But the coconut oil pullings are clearly more antibacterial and more anti-inflammatory.
