  • APPLICATION

    After training, apply as much gel as you like to the muscles and joints that require attention. For the treatment of injuries, apply frequently throughout the day or use in a compress (kept warm and left to absorb for at least 15 minutes). Use the gel as needed, before or during training and as often as you like.
