    OptiMSM® is a source of organic sulphur from Vancouver in the US state of Washington that is known as “the world’s purest MSM”. It is an anti-inflammatory and contributes to the proliferation and recovery of tendons and joints.

  • APPLICATION

    , enjoy a foot spa 2 to 3 times a week. For this, add 125 g magnesium flakes and 10 g MSM to approximately 4 litres of hot water. Duration: 20 minutes.

    A bath is best after intense physical effort: add 500 g magnesium and 50 g MSM. Duration: 30 to 45 minutes.

    A combination of foot spas/baths and the application of sports gel is recommended. The required amount greatly varies per individual and depends on DNA structure, weight, age, eating habits, stress, training intensity, etc.
